With four games remaining in North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference play, the Temple College women's basketball team travels to Weatherford College on Saturday to take on the Coyotes.
Tip-off time in Weatherford is 2 pm.
Weatherford won the first matchup at Kirby Johnson Court, a 70-63 win over the Leopards on Jan. 22. Pearson McVay had 17 points. Naomi Wilson added 15 points off the bench, and Jacque Giron and Neso Anisiobi each scored 13 points.
The Coyotes outrebounded the Leopards, 49-31, which included 16-7 on the offensive glass.
Mychal scored 17 points, Aniyah Lewis added 15 points, and Imani McCray chipped in 13 points.
Temple goes into Saturday's contest having averaged 76.4 points per game, 71.5 points per game in conference. The Leopards average 42.1 rebounds per contest.
Jaylice Rosario has averaged 17.4 points per game in conference, White has an average of 15.3, and McCray has an average of 11 points per game.
Weatherford averaged 75 points per game, 71.5 points per game in conference play.
Giron has an average of 15.5 points per game in conference, Aniosiobi has averaged 13.8, and McVay has averaged 9.6.
Temple is 7-5 in conference play, a game in back of Weatherford for the final NTJCAC playoff spot. MCC and Grayson College sit at 10-1 atop the conference, and Collin County Community College is 8-3, one-half game up on Weatherford.
Cisco College is sitting in sixth place at 4-8, three full games behind TC.
