The Temple College Leopards women's basketball team took on the Clarendon Bulldogs to complete their stay at the WTC Classic Friday evening in Snyder.
Jaylice Rosario scored all six points for TC in overtime, as the Leopards downed the Bulldogs, 72-69.
The Leopards shot 5-of-19 from the field in the first quarter, as Clarendon held a seven-point lead at the end of the initial ten minutes, 21-14.
TC ripped through the Bulldogs' defense in the second quarter, as they outscored Clarendon 23-10. They also outrebounded the Bulldogs in the quarter, 18-7, as TC led at halftime, 37-31.
Clarendon outscored the Leopards coming out of the break, 15-11. However, TC continued to hold a two-point lead at the end of the third quarter, 48-46.
Rosario and Imani McCray helped give TC a 66-61 lead with 1:24 to play.
Armanda Sindalawa hit a layup with 55 seconds left but missed the accompanying free throw. Anna Vieira hit a three-pointer with 16 seconds to go to tie the game at 66-66.

Ta'Leeyah Glynn cut the Clarendon margin in half with a three-pointer with 48 seconds to go. Glynn and Vieira each missed tying three-pointers in the final five seconds, as the Leopards escaped with the overtime win.
Temple College (5-3) shot 32.6% from the field, which included just 3-of-19 from beyond the arc, and 9-of-22 from the charity stripe. The Leopards outrebounded the Bulldogs 79-55, which included a 35-18 advantage on the offensive boards.
Rosario scored 17 points, and Mikie White added 12 for the Leopards.
Clarendon (6-2) converted 35.7% from the field, which included 33.3% from behind the three-point line, and converted 10-of-24 from the free throw line.
Vieira had 18 points, and Glynn added 14 for Clarendon.
Temple will host Blinn College on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
