Kadie Berlin-George enters her 7th season as the head softball coach at Temple College.

A native of Wichita, Kansas, Berlin-George played collegiately at Pratt Community College before finishing her career at Ottawa University in Ottawa, Kansas. During her senior season at Ottawa, the Braves won the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) Tournament Championship and advanced to the 2010 National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) National Tournament. As a student-athlete, Berlin-George excelled both on the field and in the classroom. She was a two-time National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Academic All-American, an NAIA Academic All-KCAC selection, an NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete, and an NAIA Academic All-American.

She graduated cum laude from Ottawa University in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting and later earned her Master of Business Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

Berlin-George began her coaching career at Pratt Community College, where she served as the assistant softball coach and coordinator of college relations and special programs. She then joined the staff at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, an NCAA Division II program, as an assistant softball coach before becoming the head softball coach at Northern Oklahoma College-Tonkawa.

During her six seasons at Northern Oklahoma College-Tonkawa, Berlin-George built a strong foundation for the program, emphasizing both athletic and academic success while developing numerous all-conference and academic award recipients.

Kadie and her husband have two children.
