No. 4 Temple College will play two of its final four home contests of the North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference tilts on Saturday afternoon, as the Leopards host No. 20 Weatherford College on Saturday.
The first game at the Danny Scott Sports Complex is slated for 12 pm, with game two to start 30 minutes after.
Temple won both games at Weatherford on Wednesday afternoon, 13-0 and 7-3.
In 50 games, Temple is hitting .395 with an on-base percentage of .464, has hit 51 homers, driven in 390 runs, scored 436 runs, and have a staff earned run average of 2.27.
In 46 games, Weatherford is hitting .334 with an on-base percentage of .401, hit 56 homers, driven home 305 runs, scored 320 times, and have a staff earned run average of 2.34.
The Leopards lead the North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference with a 24-2 mark and are 44-6 overall. No. 8 MCC is in second (22-4 NTJCAC, 38-10 overall), No. 9 Grayson (20-6, 41-8 overall) is third and and No. 20 Weatherford (18-8, 34-12 overall) is fourth with six games to go. Vernon (12-14, 26-22 overall) is fifth.
The Leopards host Vernon on Wednesday afternoon to start their final conference series of the season at the Danny Scott Sports Complex.
