The Temple College baseball team returns to the field on Tuesday as they take a road trip to the Texas coast to take on Galveston College.
Doubleheader times at Galveston are 1 pm and 3 pm.
When the two teams met on Feb. 3 at the Danny Scott Sports Complex, the Leopards won by scores of 9-2 and 3-2.
Kade Davis drove in three runs, and Chase Fricke and Kanyon Millar each added two RBI in the opening game.
Carson Henderson and Quentin Medrano combined for a five-hitter and nine strikeouts.
In the second game, Temple trailed 2-0 before Kash Millar's three-run homer in the bottom of the fourth inning gave the Leopards the one-run lead.
Peanut Brazzle had two hits for Temple.
Thomas Perez scattered four hits over 3 1/3 innings, and Landon Miller allowed three hits over 3 2/3 for the win in relief.
Temple (6-4) is coming off a doubleheader split with Navarro College, having won 2-1 and lost 3-0.
